These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Deductible web application (the "Service") provided by Increano, enterprise number 1025.035.226, with registered office at Rue de l'Union, 41, 1210 Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, Belgium ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Deductible is a web application that helps you log trips, view illustrative estimates, and export mileage-related information. The Service is intended for users in or focused on the United States, Canada, Belgium, and France, subject to availability. Features may change over time.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your place of residence. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for safeguarding your account credentials.

The Service does not provide tax, legal, payroll, or accounting advice. Estimates and rates shown in the app are for convenience only; official rules, employer policy, and tax treatment depend on your situation.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Paid plans and checkout are processed by Polar. Your purchase is subject to Polar's legal terms and privacy policy in addition to these Terms. We receive the information necessary from our payment provider to activate and manage your subscription.

The Service is operated on Gadget (application hosting and database) and stores user-uploaded files in Cloudflare R2. We may use additional subprocessors as listed in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Subject to mandatory protections that may apply to you as a consumer in your country, the courts of Brussels, Belgium shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
